Susan holds
a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Contemporary Dance and also attended Theatreworks (Vocational College) in Blackpool
for two years. She presently holds her Pre-Associate Part 1 exam with Honours in Modern Jazz with the IDTA and is continuing her training in
order to reach full Associate Teacher status. She is also studying for her Associate
Tap exam and will then go on to teacher training in further techniques.
Susan has had a variety of experience, from teaching at Secondary schools to working for other local dance schools and working as an Activity Leader on an activity programme. She is currently employed as a ‘Show Girl’ supporting a local basketball team and has undertaken small roles in television. Susan started working for Prima in February 2006 and teaches Ballet, Tap, Modern Theatre, Dinky Dance & ‘Pop Starz’.
As part of her teacher training programme, Susan is
required to undertake various training courses on a regular basis. Susan also holds an up to date Emergency
First Aid Certificate
and Enhanced Disclosure.
